Honda HRC Castrol Photo Dump: All Hail The New Livery

By David Emmett | Sat, 01/Feb/2025 - 15:44

For years, we complained that the factory Honda livery didn't change much from year to year. We wanted change? We got it.

Whether it's fast or not, it's certainly a handsome motorcycle

HRC's launch was in the Indonesian capital Jakarta. Indonesia remains a massive market for Honda.

Tall, talented, and smart. Luca Marini is a massive asset to HRC

How long will Joan Mir's smile last? Longer than last year. The big changes HRC have made over the past 6 months will slowly start to bear fruit this year

You might have been expecting Castrol Honda. But being Castrol Honda is more expensive than being Honda HRC Castrol. Let's see what happens next year.

Honda's deficit is partly in aerodynamics. Will the 2025 RC213V look different to the one shown above, based on the bike raced by Stefan Bradl at Barcelona last year?

If you zoom in, you can see how thin the top yoke of the Honda RC213V is.

Where the air goes, and what you do with it, matters a lot.

One of the things HRC wanted with the new livery was more Honda.

The world's worst bike cover for deterring thieves

Joan Mir is not short. Luca Marini is tall.

The best thing about HRC and both its riders not having energy drink sponsorship is that their helmet designs are unique. Nothing to ruin them.
