The MotoMatters Fantasy League Is Go

By David Emmett | Thu, 20/Feb/2025 - 11:09

After many years of faithful readers running the much appreciated Motomutterers fantasy league on the site (now moved it its own site here: https://www.motomutterers.com/), and after having enjoyed the Alpinestars Paddock Pass Podcast fantasy league last year, I have finally set up a separate MotoMatters league inside the official MotoGP fantasy game.

You can find the rules on the MotoGP.com website, but essentially what the game boils down to is that you pick two riders as your Gold riders scoring full points each round, two riders as your Silver riders scoring half points each round, a manufacturer and a team scoring the average of the two riders each round, plus assorted bonus points. You get a fixed budget to spend and a chance to trade a couple of riders at the end of each MotoGP round.

The entire game can be found on the MotoGP.com website. You are automatically entered into the full league and the league of the country you are registered in. There are prizes on offer from Dorna for the full league. At the moment, there are no prizes for taking part in the MotoMatters league, but I will see if I can rustle up a few trinkets.

To take part, register on the MotoGP Fantasy website, and then join the MotoMatters Fantasy League using the code D47ZHPCF via this link.

Good Luck!

I would definitely purchase a MotoMatters t-shirt if/when they become available.

Hey David, is it okay to continue posting Mutterers standings here after each race weekend?

Thanks David, a mutterers league sounds good :)

The link to the motomutterers site isn't quite right - the trailing ), has been added into the link.
